"Love Ends "
Label: D Records (2017)
In an instant fame focused world, it is a fatal misbelief that musicians must fall into oblivion after short-years sound abstinence. Such a thing happens rather when art and sound don't have the necessary substance
With "Love Ends" the Düsseldorf based Future Pop instituation NOYCE point properly and sum up with her clear, musical vision as well as ingenious "Corporate Identity" the essential ingredients for a homogeneous album. With songs like "Fall[out]" and with actual "Sense of Despair" (both songs entered the top 5 of German DAC chartes) they recently succeeded again to get people moving on the dancefloor in the clubs! On the other side NOYCE, with songs like "Kaltland" (hatred on the Internet) or "Heimat" (refugee's crisis), also walk lyrically near at the pulse of the time.
The long overdue and eagerly expected all new album was partly mixed by John Fryer who already helped HIM to worldwide fame and worked with countless important artists (Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Dead Can Dance, Clan of Xymox to name just a few) in the past. In addition to Johns Excellent work, also Krischan Wesenberg (Rotersand, L'Ame Imortelle etc.) mixed two songs on this mature new album. NOYCE had a huge live presence during the last years, including inclusion in nearly EVERY relevant festival and have been building a noteworthy fan base in 20 years of activity - After 20 years the Rhinelanders succed to impress with a further matured sound: With "Love Ends" they deliver an album, that stands for timeless, innovative and high-quality Electro pop with lyrical draught!
